追記
更新直後は問題なかったけどしばらくしてから

5つ設定している Gmail アカウントにテストメールを送信すると 1つのアカウントで受信に時間がかかている
サーバー側の問題かもしれないので様子見
メール自身はデスクトップ版 Thunderbird 147.0 以外に Android 版 Gmail でも受信設定しているので問題はない
