米Microsoftは10月9日（現地時間）、更新プログラム「KB4464330」を「Windows 10 October 2018 Update（バージョン 1809）」向けにリリースした。「October 2018 Update」へアップデートする際、ユーザーファイルが失われることがある問題が解決されているという。
