開発や検証を行うために異なるバージョンの Flash Player を切り替えて使用する場合のインストール問題
スタート→ファイル名を指定して実行で
＜インストーラのパス＞\＜アンインストーラ名＞ -uninstall
と入力して「OK」で旧バージョンの AxtiveX / プラグインをアンインストール。

ファイルバージョン 11.2.202.235 のアンインストーラ uninstall_flash_player_32bit.exe ではコマンドラインフラグサイレントアンインストール -uninstall でFlash Player のアンインストールが可能となっていました。

コマンドラインフラグ -force は実行時に自動で付加されたものです。（セーフモードで「Administrator」でログオンし、アンインストーラを実行したときも log に記録あり。）

スタート→ファイル名を指定して実行で
＜インストーラのパス＞\＜インストーラ名＞ -install
と入力して「OK」でAxtiveX とプラグインそれぞれをインストール。
サイレントインストールの場合は、アップデートがある場合、推奨の自動更新になっていない場合があるので、コントロールパネルにある Flash Player 設定マネージャーの「高度な設定」タブで要確認。

5/11 追記
 アンインストーラ / インストーラを実行した際に Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! R6025 pure virtual function call となるのは、Microsoft Office IME 2010 を使っている時に起こります。

たとえば Microsoft Natural Input 2003 に変更すると Runtime Error は起こりません。

5/9 追記
 アンインストーラ / インストーラを実行した際に Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! R6025 pure virtual function call となる場合の回避方法ですが、Windows XP Professional SP3 の場合、~~セーフモードで通常ログオンしているコンピュータの管理者のユーザではなく「Administrator」でログオンするとエラーを起こさずに実行できました。~~
5/11 訂正追記
セーフモードでAdministratorでログオンするとエラーを起こさなかったのは Microsoft Office IME 2010 に設定されていなかったためでした。試しに Microsoft Office IME 2010 に設定するとやはり Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! R6025 pure virtual function call となります。

セーフモードで起動しても「Administrator」ではないユーザでログオンした場合はやはり Runtime Error が起こります。

ユーザプロファイルの問題かと、セーフモードで「Administrator」でログオンして新規にコンピュータの管理者権限のユーザを作ってみましたが、やはり Runtime Error が起こります。

サイレントアンインストール / サイレントインストール利用方法追記

ドライブC: 直下に右クリックでフォルダを新規作成。

新規作成した「新しいフォルダ」を右クリックして「名前の変更」で「Flash112202235」に変更。

以下 32bit の場合。（64bit の場合は該当ファイルに読み替え）
IE用Flash Player ActiveXコントロールインストーラ install_flash_player_ax_32bit.exe を新規作成した C:\Flash112202235 フォルダにダウンロード、保存。

　↑をクリックして

名前を付けて保存で保存する場所で C:\Flash112202235 フォルダを指定。

同様に Firefox、Safari、Opera用のFlash Player Plugin インストーラ install_flash_player_32bit.exe を新規作成した C:\Flash112202235 フォルダにダウンロード、保存。

ダウンロードしたファイルのバージョンが 11.2.202.235 であることを確認。

次にすべてのブラウザを閉じて（ブラウザのプロセスが起動しているとアンインストールに失敗するので一度 PC を再起動したほうが無難）
「スタート」→「ファイル名を指定して実行」に
C:\Flash112202235\install_flash_player_ax_32bit.exe -uninstall
と入力して「OK」を押し、install_flash_player_ax_32bit.exe をコマンドラインフラグサイレントアンインストールで実行。

引き続き
「スタート」→「ファイル名を指定して実行」に
C:\Flash112202235\install_flash_player_ax_32bit.exe -install
と入力して「OK」を押し、install_flash_player_ax_32bit.exe をコマンドラインフラグサイレントインストールで実行。

同様に「スタート」→「ファイル名を指定して実行」に
C:\Flash112202235\install_flash_player_32bit.exe -install
と入力して「OK」を押し、install_flash_player_32bit.exe をコマンドラインフラグサイレントインストールで実行。

コントロールパネルをクラシック表示に切り替え Flash Player 設定マネージャーがあり、高度な設定タブに表示されるバージョンが 11.2.202.235 であることを確認。

今更ですが、ファイル名を指定して実行やコマンドプロンプトで実行ファイルにコマンドラインフラグを付けるよりショートカットに付け加えたほうが楽かもと追記。(^^ゞ

ダウンロードしたアンインストーラ / インストーラを右クリックしてショートカットの作成。

作成したショートカットを右クリックしてプロパティで

アンインストーラのリンク先には -uninstall、インストーラのリンク先には -install をつけて「OK」ボタンを押す。
（どちらも〜.exe の後にスペースを1つ入れる。）

起動しているブラウザをすべて閉じて、リンク先にコマンドラインフラグを付けたアンインストーラ / インストーラのショートカットをそれぞれ実行。
